Heather at Sprinkle Bakes used some pansy flowers but of course you could use any edible flowers: roses, marigolds, bergamot, mint, lavender…
The receipe is here and is quick to realise…the only difficulty being to find the edible (and organic) flowers!! I have ordered mine on the internet and I’ll post some photos once I have received them!
