Located just a short 20-minute drive from St Emilion and an hour from Bordeaux, Chateau Isabeau de Naujan is an enchanting wedding venue nestled among vineyards.
As you approach, you will surely marvel at the sight the 14th-century castle atop a prominent rock, overlooking the Dordogne Valley. Upon arrival, you’ll love the layout of the venue, with the chateau and outbuildings creating a lovely frame around a sunlit, paved courtyard.
The courtyard provides an ideal setting for your blessing, or, if you prefer a Catholic church ceremony, there is also a local option available.
For the wedding dinner, choose between the outdoor or the reception hall (Salon Gibera). The hall, measuring 160 sq.m., boasts exposed stonework and a delightful conservatory that bathes the space in natural light.
The celebration doesn’t conclude with the dinner – surprise your guests with a breathtaking fireworks display, followed by a late-night party.
The day after, gather your guests for a relaxed brunch with a food truck, laden with local French goodies, followed by a refreshing dip in the pool.
The estate offers accommodation for up to 24 people in 12 ensuite bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there’s the option to rent a self-catering cottage that provides 8 extra beds. There is plenty of additional accommodation available nearby.
Green plus point: this venue practices a zero waste policy.
