Washed in coral with soft blue shutters, the romantic Chateau Leroy will immediately conjure up images of beautiful weddings in the balmy light of the South of France.
Sweep up the impressive driveway and take a moment to admire the beauty of this chateau, framed by elegant turrets and featuring a double staircase that leads to the main entrance.
Chateau Leroy is steeped in History and has been in the same family for 18 generations! The friendly owners will be delighted to share with you all the stories of the chateau.
Inside the property there is a cornucopia of antiques, from period pieces to superb tapestries. In the red living-room, listed as French historic monument, you will even be able to admire the unique Dufours wallpaper dedicated to the story of Cupid and Psyche.
For the wedding ceremony, pick a spot in the 6-hectare park and look forward to the sight of the magistral 500 yr-old oak tree that is so remarkable it is listed!
Whilst your guests are mingling for the reception drinks, you could also offer some entertainment such as an accordionist or…an escape game in the garden!
The wedding breakfast can take place outdoors, under fairy lights and the starry sky. In case of inclement weather, you could use the connecting indoor halls or a marquee.
The chateau can sleep 14 people on the 300m² top floor. There you will have at your disposal 5 ensuite bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. There is also, on site, a luxury cottage that can sleep 30 people in 15 bedrooms, all equipped with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access.
You will find plenty of extra accommodation in the vicinity.
Finally on the day after, continue celebrating with a brunch followed by a dip in the pool.
It is also worth mentioning that the chateau team has been welcoming events for 35 years and they can, if you wish, help you from start to finish when it comes to planning your big day.
