Château Beloire – Loire Valley Wedding Venue from Escape to the Château: DIY


Once a derelict estate in the heart of the Loire Valley, Château Beloire gained national attention when it appeared in the first series of the hit UK TV show Escape to the Château: DIY. The château’s transformation began when a couple from London traded their city flat for this derelict estate in the Loire Valley. Guided by none other than Dick and Angel Strawbridge, the couple set about restoring the château, complete with its grand moats, to its former glory.
Rich in history and romance, Château Beloire’s roots trace back to the Knights Templar and once also served as the residence of the grandson of the King of Spain. Today, the château stands proudly restored, offering 20 acres of breathtaking grounds, complete with a private helipad for an unforgettable arrival.
