Domaine Le Mezo, nestled within the heart of the Morbihan Natural Regional Park, stands as a remarkable wedding venue in South Brittany. Its design captures the essence of a large, welcoming French family home, enriched with luxurious touches. We also love its impressive sleeping capacity and commitment to sustainability.
Set within an extraordinary 25-hectare natural environment, the estate, centred around the main chateau, boasts flower-filled meadows, orchards, ancient forests, secular trees, serene ponds, and picturesque walking trails.
You’ll discover a wealth of spaces to choose from for your wedding festivities, ranging from the charming 19th-century greenhouse to the sun-drenched 400-square-meter terrace. Not to be overlooked is the expansive reception room, a breathtaking space adorned with exposed stones, oak beams, and carefully curated lighting.
When the time comes to dance the night away, reveal to your guests “Le Club”! Complete with a custom bar, a spacious 90-square-meter dance floor, and a dedicated space for your DJ, it really sets the stage for unforgettable party moments.
Around your wedding day, your guests will be spoiled for choice with on-site activities. They can take a relaxing dip in the indoor heated pool, partake in yoga sessions led by an experienced instructor, enjoy games of badminton or beach volleyball, or even maintain their fitness routine in the equipped gym.
Domaine Le Mezo comfortably accommodates up to 130 guests on-site (and up to 200 in 2025). This includes six elegant suites within the chateau, 32 rooms spread across six picturesque Farm Houses, and chic dormitory-style accommodations for 42 in the “Lofts.” Each space has been meticulously renovated to offer the utmost in luxury, featuring high quality fabrics, earthy colour palettes, and premium 4-star bedding.
Notably, a wedding at Le Mezo comes with the support of a superb in-house team and the assurance of an outstanding culinary experience. Indeed, the estate boasts its own team of talented chefs, all with a legacy from Michelin-starred kitchens.
The Sustainability factor: Domaine Le Mezo proudly prioritises sustainability. It utilises a biomass boiler, solar panels, provides electric charging stations, offers water fountains to reduce plastic bottle usage, and has earned recognition as a “Jeune Pépite Marque Bretagne” for its sustainability efforts. The owners are also in the process of obtaining an Eco Label certification for their venue. The cuisine served by the chefs places a strong emphasis on sustainably sourced and organic ingredients.
