Chateau du Puits es Pratx

We had our wedding here in June 2024, and it was the best weekend of our lives! From the beginning, Lily was incredible at keeping us super organised and helped us with every step of the planning process. From planning the food, to the decorations, the wedding planning was a breeze thanks to Lily! During our wedding weekend, Luke, Lily and the whole team were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, the wedding day went smoothly and was stress free thanks to them! The food throughout the whole weekend was amazing, we particularly loved the BBQ the day after the wedding, and the croquembouche. The wedding breakfast was delicious and was served beautifully. We would recommend doing the family style dinner! All our guests said how tasty all the food was, and what a great amount of options there were to choose from. Sasha created the most stunning flower displays, bouquets, button holes and table vases for the wedding day. She transformed the courtyard with the flowers and our vision came to life! We wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding at the chateau, it’s a beautiful venue. The grounds are stunning and the swimming pool was perfect for the day after! All the rooms were so lovely and clean. The bridal suite is perfect for getting ready the morning of the wedding. Our wedding weekend wouldn’t be the weekend it was without all the staff at the chateau, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Stephanie and Liam ensured every guest felt welcome and every glass was topped up! Lily and Luke made sure the whole weekend ran smoothly and cared for our guests so well. We will remember everyone at the chateau for the rest of our lives, thank you for allowing us to create such special memories that we will cherish forever.

We did our wedding at the Chateau du Puits Es Pratx during the summer 2024 and we had the most magical time. As we live abroad, we booked the venue without visiting it. When we first got in touch with Luke and Lily, they made us feel very welcome and were friendly, honest and helpful. The Chateau is a family business and they will really look after you, make you feel welcome and ensure you have the best days ever. We are so happy that we chose the Chateau as we had the most perfect wedding. The Chateau is so beautiful, full of charm and character. The surroundings are also beautiful which will guarantee some awesome background for pictures. The chateau has a pool which is great for guests as they will feel like they are on holiday. Easy to get to (local airports, train station) , even for guests coming from abroad. Lily is amazing and will help you plan the wedding of your dreams. She answers all queries/emails very quickly. Sasha who organised and arranged the flowers for the wedding day did the most fabulous job. Flowers were amazing, Sasha is creative and transformed the courtyard and gardens into a dreamy place. The bouquets were also stunning. The food was so tasty, all our guests raved about the food and the local wine. Everything was prepared with such attention to detail. It all looked so special. In addition to the venue/flowers/food, what made our wedding so special is that every single person working at the Chateau was so kind, happy, reliable, helpful and so caring to us and all our guests. (Lily, Luke, Sasha, Stéphanie, Laurent, Carla, Luke's mum) I would recommend the Chateau to anyone who is looking for the most perfect venue and if we could do it all over again, we would not change a thing. All our family, friends and ourselves will cherish those memories forever. Thank you for making our wedding the bestest day of our life!

We had our wedding reception in Chateau du Puits es Pratx August 2024 and had the most amazing weekend. The venue itself is like something from a fairytale. Its grounds and building are beautiful in a tradition yet modern way. There are so many beautiful nooks and crannies that lend wonderfully to photos and exploring. The surrounding vineyards and roads arched with trees means Ginestas is the perfect place for a wedding. We loved the chateau so much we visited twice for holidays before the wedding even happened. However, the most spectacular thing about the venue has to be Lily, Luke their family and staff. They were simply excellent. Their knowledge on weddings, organisation and care made our day. We didn’t have to worry about a thing as they took the time to ask is everything in advance, even things we haven’t thought of ourselves. We absolutely love Chateau du Puits es Pratx and couldn’t recommend it enough!!

We had the most amazing & magical experience for our daughter’s wedding. The venue was idyllic & we found ALL the staff helpful & extremely professional. They obviously had done their homework & knew all of our names/rooms etc. The food was amazing! We really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue. It had ‘Mama Mia’’ vibes! Seeing my daughter & son in law so chilled & making their special day their day was so emotional. My sister in law is a Wedding Planner in Spain & her comment was ‘this is the best wedding I’ve been to’. So to sum it up PERFECT.

Wow! We have just returned from our Son and new Daughter in laws Wedding here. From start to finish Lily,Luke , Stephanie and Laurent made the weekend special. Unbelievably they remembered everyone’s names, and smiled throughout, whilst serving at the bar and running around looking after everyone The Chateau shone in the sunshine into the courtyard the day of the wedding.The blue shutters made it feel like being on a film set of Mama Mia . We had our wedding here in September and it was absolutely amazing. Lily and Luke were so attentive to all the guests, even remembering everyone’s names which was such a lovely touch. We’ve had so many compliments on the day, the food, the cake and the chateau itself. We had the best weekend of our lives and would do everything exactly the same. We can’t thank Luke and Lily enough.

PERFECT WEDDING! It is difficult to put into words just how amazing our wedding experience was at Chateau du Puits es Pratx. We got engaged in December 2022 and had our wedding in July 2023, so a reasonbly quick turn around. The comminucation and organisation by the team was second to none. Lily, Luke, Sasha, Tim and the entire team made us and our guests feel so welcome and looked after (before, during and after the wedding). The Chateau itself is stunning and the touches which are added; flowers, cake, food, lighting etc made the day even more special. Essentially, Lily was able to take any stress out of planning and made our preparations simple. We loved the fact that our celebrations were spread over 3 days (onsite) giving us lots of time with our family and friends. Our guests loved the whole experience too. We 1,000,000% recommend booking your wedding here. Thank you again to Lily, Luke, Sasha, Tim and all of the wonderful staff! x

Absolutely Magical We got married here in June of 2023, and had the most amazing time. Everyone at the chateau was wonderful throughout the weekend (and the entire planning process!). Lily and Luke are incredibly on top of things and helped us through every step of the way, from vendors to flowers to last-minute taxi and transportation changes for our guests. The chateau itself is gorgeous in June. The flowers, the vineyard, the arch, and the bouquets were absolutely beautiful. The food was also exceptional at every single meal - two months later, guests are still commenting on how good the food was, and how beautiful the chateau was overall. To Lily, Luke, Stephanie, Sasha, Tim, and the rest of the staff - thank you so much for everything! We had the most amazing experience and cannot say enough good things about the chateau and the staff. We hope to return to Ginestas soon. For anyone who is considering a wedding at the chateau, we would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Kaitlyn & Dan, August 2023 (Wedding June 2023)

We got married at the Chateau in September of last year and literally could not have been more delighted with how everything went. We had 80 guests, 35 of whom stayed on site and the rest in B&Bs and houses around the village. Sasha and Tim are wonderful hosts and the Chateau provides a magical backdrop to get married in. Lots of people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and even now four months on people are still talking to us wistfully about the magical 4 days they spent in the South of France for our wedding. Some points to consider/some advice for those considering this venue: - If food is important to you, (as it certainly was to us) I would highly recommend this as a venue. Sasha and Tim produced a gastronomic feast every evening of our stay and the wedding breakfast in particular was out of this world (...) - This is not a modern property, which for us was part of its magic but obviously this does mean that it has quirks. Either embrace it or get married somewhere modern. - Having your wedding here is like having all the best parts of being hosted by a family but in a hotel at the same time. This means that you get to enjoy Tim and Sasha's warm hospitality but at the same time get a level of service you would expect in a hotel. It doesn't mean that you can stay up past their licensing hours or bring in crates of your own alcohol which seems to have been an assumption made by some previous guests (...) - Make sure you have some guests that you can rope in to take charge of getting tables etc decorated on the day (people seem to love doing this anyway) (...) Basically, if you are thinking about getting married here - do it! You won't regret it!
