Chateau de Garde is an idyll of bliss and beauty, a stunning wedding venue located amongst vineyards close to the city of Bordeaux.
As you approach Chateau de Garde you will find yourself at the heart of the Bordeaux region, near a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Let your gaze wander across the surrounding vines and spot the bell tower of Saint-Émilion, just a stone’s throw away.
Enter the 18th century chateau and be amazed by its grace and inner luxury. The owners, Céline and Dimitri, decorators extraordinaire, have achieved a perfect combination: the design of the interiors make your feel like royalty, whilst the comfort and facilities make you feel right at home.
The venue is surrounded by a vast park where you’ll be able to have your blessing, facing the vineyards. Then proceed with the reception cocktail, on the main terrace, under the radiant Bordelais sun.
The dinner will take place outdoors or in the gorgeous, light filled, reception room. With its exposed stonework, oak wood flooring and stylish chandeliers, the reception room can accommodate up to 120 people.
When it’s time to party, don’t hold back, as you’ll be able to dance here until the early hours of the morning!
Chateau de Garde offers a minimum rental of 3 days, to ensure you really get an immersive experience in France with your friends and family. On the day after the wedding, make the most of the pool and get a food truck round for more fun and celebration.
Finally the domaine sleeps 50 people on site: 20 people in the Chateau, 20 people in the Maison du Metayer and an extra 10 people in the Annexe. There is plenty more accommodation for the rest of your wedding party nearby.
